Joyful Noise Starts Here.

Private lessons in voice, guitar, ukulele, piano, and songwriting for all ages — in-person in New Bedford, MA or online nationwide.

Whether I'm composing a song for the stage or warming up a nervous teen before their voice recital, I try to approach music with humility and care. As a queer neurodivergent singer who found her authentic self and subsequent voice later than she expected, I handle other's voices with care, tenderness, and a respect that isn't shared by everyone in our social landscape.

Student Testimonials

I have been with Miss Sarah for six years. She knows just how to get to the root of a problem, how to stretch my range, and how to reach those challenging notes! Miss Sarah knows when to switch gears when something isn't clicking in the moment — when I'm unfocused or frustrated she steers me back on course. I'm grateful for all of the times she's shown up to a show so she can see how all of our hard work has paid off! A true professional and mentor, Miss Sarah is the best!
